Qualification : BE/Diploma, Mechanical or Automobile Engineering from reputed institute.
Job Role : DMC Counsellor
Eligibility : Throughout 60% (10th, 12th, Graduation & PG)
Possession of LMV/HMV Licence is a must

Experience : 2-3 year’s experience in Road Safety
CTC : As Per Policy of Hubert Ebner (India) Pvt. Ltd.
Able to Join : Immediate
- Toolbox talks to be conducted.
- Conducting defensive driving training for drivers.
- Checking the physical & mental fitness of the drivers on regular basis.
- Checking the basic physical fitness of the vehicles.
- Checking the relevant documents specific to the drivers and vehicles.
- Explain the violation policies of the organisation while commuting.
- Enroute tracking of the journey.
- Briefing and de-briefing the drivers before and after every trip, with counselling by trainers regarding the violations if any enroute.
Requirement at PAN India
Min 4-5 years experience in DMC with experience of 2 years in defensive driving training.
EX- Servicemen having high technical knowledge on vehicles and expert driving will be an added advantage and possession of heavy licence is a must.
